Donations: All funds donated for the each trip are tax-deductible.

Your name should NOT be included on any checks. In order to remain tax-deductible, funds cannot be designated to any individual specifically, but must be available for the entire project.
Checks should be made out to “Hume Lake Christian Camps” with “EUROPE 2011” in the memo section, and sent directly to:

Cancelation Policies

All monetary payments, whether personal or otherwise, are non-refundable.
Deposits are refundable more than 180 days (6 months) prior to the trip date or after payments exceed the trip cost by the deposit amount.
Team members opting out of the trip less than 90 days (3 months) prior to the departure date are responsible for 100% of their airfare costs

General Policies

A Proposed Budget must be approved twelve months prior to the trip date.
Any trip incapable of sustaining a balanced budget 120 days prior to departure date will be subject to cancellation/postponement.
A minimum 10% refundable* deposit must be made 6 months prior to departure date.
Scheduled payments are due 120 and 60 days prior to departure date.
90% payment must be made 60 days prior to trip departure date.
Team members not reaching the 90% deadline will be designated ineligible for travel. Team members so designated are responsible for 100% of airfare costs.
Ineligible member donations will be transferred to the trip’s general fund.
Replacement team members are responsible for a minimum of 25% of the trip cost and ticket change fees.
*Deposits are refundable provided an eligible team member’s donations equal the trip cost plus the deposit.
All donated monies are non-refundable.
All donated monies received beyond the trip cost and deposit total will be credited to the trip’s general fund
Any monies remaining in a trip’s general fund will be credited to the general International fund.
